Hooping Rocks is a fun and friendly company. Bringing joy and movement to adults and children through hoop lessons, workshops, events and parties.
Hooping Rocks encourages everyone to pick up a hoop and give it a try, we dont care how old you are, or even if you are.... wait for it.... a man.
Hooping is for everyone, and besides its impossible not to smile while swinging that lovely plasic hoop around your waist.
If you think you can’t hula hoop, think again, because you probably can. The hoops we use are specially designed for adults so are larger, heavier and have grip, so the hoop rotates more slowly and clings to your body.
